Feature

1. Shield vibration absorber is designed to be installed in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to reduce vibration in the transmission of compressor-induced vibration through tubing.
2. Shield vibration absorber is produced of deep pitch corrugated tube for increasing flexibility and vibration absorption, covered by high tensile wire braided for superior strength;
3. The tube and braid are reinforced by ferrules at each end, and connected with a female copper tube end by high temperature of brazed alloys;
4. Each Shield vibration absorber is tested for pressure and then carefully vacuum tested using a highly sensitive helium mass spectrometer leak detection device.
5. Sizes are available both in metric and in inch units
6. Hoses and copper tubes are brazed.
7. A completed physical and chemical analysis for all basic components
8. Components have been checked and inspected during various phases of assembly
9. Perfect inspection for finished product.
